Our liturgy follows the form outlined in the Book of Common Prayer, using traditional and contemporary prayers. We listen to scripture, hear a sermon, and then share Holy Communion, also known as the Eucharist. Our music includes traditional hymns, spirituals, and contemporary songs. What to wear? People come in sport coats or jeans and boots. Simply come in a way that makes you comfortable to commune with God. Children are welcome in worship, but during the pandemic they have been experiencing children’s formation and communion outside to protect them. The service lasts about an hour.
